Hesston Wellness Center
Here are the events for July 2014 at the Hesston Wellness Center.
- July Summer Hours. HWC is open from 7:00am-1:00pm on Saturdays during the summer.
- July 1, 15, 22 & 28: ZUMBA will be held at the Hesston Elementary School gym from 6:30-7:30 pm on Tuesdays. Free for members, $3 for drop ins. Ditch the workout and join the party! No Class on July 8th.
- July 4: Independence Day Hours. HWC will be open from 7:00am-1:00pm. No Classes will be held.
- July 14, 21 & 28: Cardio Xtraining. This high-intensity circuit workout includes 3 to 4 segments each followed by strength and core training. A variety of cardio formats and strength training exercises will be used for a complete full body workout. Mondays from 5:15-6:00 pm in the Garden Level room. No Class on July 7th.
- July 20-26: $2 Day Passes. Enjoy all HWC has to offer for just $2 for one week in July. Does not include Zumba.
