August 1, 4, 8, 11, 15, 18 & 29: SilverSneakers meets from 10:00-10:45 am in the Garden Room. Get fit, have fun, make friends!
August 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30: Oil Painting Club meets from 9:00am – 2:00pm in the Creative Arts Studio. If you enjoy oil painting this is the club for you!
August 3, 5, 10, 12 & 19: Yoga Stretch will meet from 9:15-10am in the Garden Room.
August 4, 11 & 18: ZUMBA will be held at theHesstonElementary School gym from 6:30-7:30pm. Free for members, $3 for non-members. Ditch the workout, Join the Party!
August 5, 12, 19 & 26: Free Fridays!
August 12, 15 & 16 Extra Family Swim will take place from 2:00-5:00 pm in addition to the regularly scheduled time.
August 20: Oil Painting Workshop
Cost is $30 to participate and includes all materials. Class meets from 9am-4pm in the Creative Arts Studio. Please pre-register at the front desk at least 1 week in advance.
August 21: Welcome Back Hesston College Students!
August 21-27: No Aerobics Classes this week. This includes all land and aquatic classes.
August 29: Fall Session Begins
